hey!
had a great great great day today
trained wit april to harbourfront
incoincidentally met at yishun coz gdad sent me to yishun when he picked up my mum/bro
met rj & pynx at harbourfront
off we went to vivo open area to practice
got chased away frm practising outside one of e restaurants
guard said it wasnt nice to practise there
but thing is,
restaurant want even open then
even its workers waiting outside watched us dance
& kinda enjoyed it
okay dats not e point
so aft doin a few rounds on our own
we did 2 dry runs on actual stage
couldnt really moonwalk/glide properly
coz stage surface was carpeted
so yeah aft dat we went to foodcourt on e same lvl
april had toast egg kopi peng, rj had kiwi juice
den we went to a quiet area which had a glass wall
though it wasnt tranparent (opaque light green honestly)
it still was reflective so we made it our "dance studio"
to practise our routine
it was great there
not many pple, had "mirror" & best of all, can feel aircond!
practised for awhile
den headed to harbourfront city
chose kfc as our lunch/study area b4 e performance
ate ultimate value box, change cheese fries
$7~ but its alrite, havent been eating proper these few days
so its tym i indulged in some gd food
read all 3 cerpen frm malay lit book
test nxt fri, must do well
pynx did some integration, rj april read storybook
we stayed there till abt 430?
headed back to our "dance studio"
and did a few more routines
den despatched to toilet to change
as usual i had my pre-performance ritual of excreting wadever i ate b4 :P
nervous lah can, 1st public appearance
ang hong (organiser) called me when i was doin business
to say dat e heavy rain damaged all their equipments
and dat all perofrmances were cancelled
nvrtheless we went to amphi to check things out
pple were seen wiping equipments clean
in hope of them still bein able to work
so we went foodcourt again
to eat/chill while waiting for clarence kuangwen mingwei
coz they alrdy arrived
while we were happily eating youtiao
qianyi (organiser frm ny) called up to say equipments are alrite
and dat we could still perform
so we went back amphi to wait
quite nervous, as evryone switched off their dancing self
we were alrdy preparing to go arcade/pool
but we didnt wanna disappoint them so we went ahead
performance was great
audience was awesome
they cheered alot, unexpected as they didnt know us
and our routine didnt exactly had many stunts like those in marionette
nvrtheless they cheered alot during evry song transition
and during my solo! guess pple love things like popping & waving huh (:
happy sia~
so aft e performance
we went to arcade and chilled out
pynx clarence rj tried out e drum game
clarence not bad eh~
den pynx april played e 4 arrow stepping game
both of them good sia
mingwei is damn pro at shooting games!
we played some ball-ball game
which got evryone all excited
most fun of all
we played para2!
april is damn pro, made hard freestyle look like peanuts
rj was her usual cute and energetic self
pynx danced well
and i did my trademark "use leg" method
fun sia, better den juz using hands
sweat/exercise more oso XD
damn fun lah
so aft dat accompanied them to kopitiam
den bade farewell and left early
been a long day
i knocked out on the train
slept frm harboufront to khatib/almost reach yishun
totally lost consciousness
really tired ah
imagine reaching vivo at 930
dance/study all e way to close to 7 for performance
still para-para~
but it was alot of fun
enjoyed myself today
